These Terms as well as your access to the Website shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.
