Win GOLD with Wall Street Exchange EVERYDAY (the “Campaign”)

1. The promoter is Wall Street Exchange Centre LLC (“Wall Street” or “we” “us” “our”), registered in the Emirate of Dubai under trade license number 216992.

2. The Campaign is open to all Wall Street customers from 19 March to 22 April 2023 (“Promotion Period”) to persons who are residents of UAEand aged 18 years or over (“Participant” or “you” or “your”), except employees of Wall Street or Instant Cash, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Campaign.

3. By entering this Campaign, you acknowledge and accept your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, which will form the agreement between you and us.

Eligibility

4. Participants must send a remittance or Ventaja transaction (“Transaction”) during the Promotion Period (no minimum transfer amount required).

5. The Campaign will be open for all types of remittances, including Instant Draft, Wall Street, Western Union, TT (except corporate) as well as bill payments via Ventaja.

6. All corporate or any cancelled, void or returned Transactions shall be excluded from entry into the Campaign.

7. The winners will be announced after concluding the promotion and the prizes must be claimed within 30 days from the draw date.

8. Prize winners will be officially notified via telephone by Wall Street Exchange.

9. All winners must disclose their transaction receipt and a valid Emirates ID or passport to collect the prize.

10. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information at the time of a Transaction which shall be verified by WSEC employees.

11. If any Transaction is suspicious or fraudulent, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and disqualify the Participant/winner.

Data Privacy

12. Any personal data relating to any Participant will be used solely in accordance with applicable UAE data protection legislation and the privacy policy mentioned below and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Participant’s express authorisation and consent.

13. You are providing your personal data to Wall Street and not to any other party, and this will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy available at: https://www.wallstreet.ae/privacy-policy/

General

14. WSEC accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault (including but not limited to technical malfunction (including technical interruption or website failure while transacting online), computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure. We are not responsible for any incomplete transactions which will not be valid for entry.

15. Save that nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes Wall Street’s (or any third party's) liability arising from fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded by law, we (and any providers of a prize): (a)

shall have no liability in relation to any act or omission of any third party and (b) exclude all liability to a Participant and anyone else for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from or in connection with this Campaign and any prizes.

16. Wall Street reserves the right to cancel or amend the Campaign and these terms and conditions without notice to you, including, in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the Campaign will be notified to you as soon as possible.

17. We recommend that all our customers keep their contact information up to date.

18. Wall Street will never ask you for your personal bank details and other important documents or require winners to pay a fee to claim prizes.

19. The Campaign and these terms and conditions shall be governed by UAE law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts in the Emirate of Dubai.

Warning Statements:
1. This product/service may be affected by changes in foreign currency exchange rates.
2. Additional fees may be levied by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing
financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.
3. The actual time to complete a transaction may differ from estimates due to increased scrutiny of transactions by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.
4. Wall Street Exchange will not be held liable for any delays once the funds are transmitted from the UAE.
5. Penalties and Fees may be applied if there is a customer error or omission in providing correct or incomplete information for remittances.
6. The Exchange reserves the right to make inquiries if the transfer amount or the number of transfers during a period does not match your profile.
7. Refunds against cancellation or rejection of any remittance transactions returned unpaid for whatever reason will be made only at our prevailing buying rate or at the rate which we issued the transaction, whichever is lower.
8. Re-issuance of remittance transactions for any reason are subject to our charges and rate differences,as applicable
