1.  المُروّج، مركز وول ستريت للصرافة ذ.م.م. (“وول ستريت” أو “نحن” أو “لنا” أو “خاصتنا”)، المسجل في إمارة دبي تحت رقم الترخيص التجاري 216992، يتطلب من المشاركين أن يكون لديهم تأشيرة إقامة صالحة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. 

2.  الحملة مفتوحة لجميع عملاء وول ستريت من 1 سبتمبر – 30 سبتمبر 2024 (30 يومًا) (“فترة العرض”) للأشخاص المقيمين في الإمارات العربية المتحدة والذين يبلغون من العمر 18 عامًا أو أكثر (“المشارك” أو “أنت” أو “لك”)، باستثناء موظفي وول ستريت أو إنستانت كاش، أقاربهم المقربين وأي شخص آخر مرتبط بالمنظمة أو لجنة التحكيم الخاصة بالحملة. 

3.  من خلال المشاركة في هذا العرض، فإنك تقر وتوافق على أنك ملتزم بهذه الشروط والأحكام التي تشكل الاتفاق بينك وبيننا.

5.  سيُسمى العرض “فينتاها درايف 2024”. 

6.  ستستمر الحملة من 1 سبتمبر – 30 سبتمبر 2024 (فترة العرض). 

7.  يجب على العملاء إتمام معاملة فينتاها واحدة على الأقل ليكونوا مؤهلين للسحب اليومي. سيتم الإعلان عن الفائزين يوميًا وسيتم منحهم قسائم مقابل الجوائز. 

8.  سيكون قرارنا فيما يتعلق بكل الأمور المتعلقة بالعرض نهائيًا، ولن يتم النظر في أي مراسلات أو استئنافات. 

9.  سيحصل عملاء فينتاها على فرصة للفوز بجائزة يوميًا، مثل جولة سياحية في دبي، سفاري صحراوي، رحلة على متن دَوْة، قسائم سبا، قسائم شحن، وغيرها. 

10.  لا يمكن استبدال القسيمة مقابل خدمات أخرى نقدًا أو استرداد الأموال. 

11.  وول ستريت للصرافة غير مسؤولة عن القسائم المفقودة أو التالفة أو استخدامها غير المصرح به.

3. يجب على العملاء إتمام معاملة فينتاها واحدة على الأقل ليكونوا مؤهلين. 

4. لا ينطبق العرض على التحويلات، ويسترن يونيون، المعاملات مع بطاقة Give Card المجانية، ومنتجات أخرى. 

5. لا يمكن استبدال القسيمة مقابل خدمات أخرى، نقدًا أو استرداد الأموال. وول ستريت للصرافة غير مسؤولة عن القسائم المفقودة أو التالفة أو استخدامها غير المصرح به. 

6. موظفو وول ستريت للصرافة، إنستانت كاش، FINTX و VERTX وأقاربهم المباشرين غير مؤهلين لدخول السحوبات. 

 

خصوصية البيانات: 

7. سيتم استخدام أي بيانات شخصية تتعلق بالمشاركين فقط وفقًا لتشريعات حماية البيانات المعمول بها في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وسياسة الخصوصية المذكورة أدناه، ولن يتم الكشف عنها لأي طرف ثالث دون موافقة وتفويض المشارك. 

8. هذا العرض غير ممول أو مدعوم أو مُدار من قبل فيسبوك، إنستغرام، أو أي شبكة اجتماعية أخرى. أنت تقدم بياناتك الشخصية إلى وول ستريت للصرافة وليس إلى أي طرف آخر، وسيتم استخدامها وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية المتاحة على الرابط: https://wallstreet.ae/privacy-policy

9. على الرغم من أن هذه الشروط والأحكام لا تحد من أو تستثني مسؤولية وول ستريت للصرافة (أو أي طرف ثالث) الناشئة عن الاحتيال أو الوفاة أو الإصابة الشخصية الناجمة عن الإهمال أو أي نوع آخر من المسؤولية التي لا يمكن استثناؤها أو تحديدها بموجب القانون، فإننا (وأينما ينطبق، شركاء العرض وأي مزود جوائز) لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية تتعلق بأي فعل أو إغفال من أي طرف ثالث و (ب) نستثني جميع المسؤوليات تجاه المشارك وأي شخص آخر عن أي خسارة أو ضرر أو أذى غير مباشر أو تبعي من أي نوع ينشأ عن أو فيما يتعلق بهذا العرض وجوائزه. 

10. تحتفظ وول ستريت للصرافة بالحق في إلغاء أو تعديل العرض وهذه الشروط والأحكام دون إشعار في حال حدوث كارثة أو حرب أو اضطراب مدني أو عسكري أو حدث طبيعي أو أي خرق حقيقي أو متوقع لأي قانون أو لائحة معمول بها أو أي حدث آخر خارج عن سيطرتنا. سيتم إشعارك بأي تغييرات على العرض في أقرب وقت ممكن. 

11. يخضع العرض وهذه الشروط والأحكام لقانون الإمارات العربية المتحدة وأي نزاع سيكون خاضعًا للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم الإمارات العربية المتحدة في إمارة دبي. 

 

تحذيرات: 

12. قد يتأثر هذا المنتج/الخدمة بتغييرات في أسعار صرف العملات الأجنبية. 

13. قد يتم فرض رسوم إضافية من قبل البنك المراسل/المؤسسة المالية أو الكيان المزود للخدمات المالية للمستفيد من التحويلات. 

14. قد يختلف الوقت الفعلي لإتمام المعاملة عن التقديرات بسبب زيادة التدقيق في المعاملات من قبل البنك المراسل/المؤسسة المالية أو الكيان المزود للخدمات المالية. 

15. لن تتحمل وول ستريت للصرافة المسؤولية عن أي تأخيرات بعد إرسال الأموال من الإمارات. 

16. قد يتم فرض غرامات ورسوم في حال حدوث خطأ من العميل أو إغفال في تقديم معلومات صحيحة أو كاملة للتحويلات. 

17. تحتفظ الصرافة بحق إجراء استفسارات إذا كانت قيمة التحويل أو عدد التحويلات في فترة معينة لا يتناسب مع ملفك الشخصي. 

18. يتم إعادة الأموال مقابل إلغاء أو رفض أي معاملات تحويل غير مدفوعة لأي سبب كان فقط وفقًا لأسعارنا الحالية أو بالسعر الذي أصدرت به المعاملة، أيهما أقل. 

19. إعادة إصدار معاملات التحويل لأي سبب يخضع لرسومنا وفروق الأسعار، حسب الاقتضاء.

3. The promoter, Wall Street Exchange Centre LLC (“Wall Street” or “we” “us” “our”), registered in the Emirate of Dubai under trade license number 216992, requires participants to have a valid UAE resident visa. 

2. The Campaign is open to all Wall Street customers from Sept 01 –  Sept 30, 2024 (30 Days) (“Promotion Period”) to persons who are residents of UAE and aged 18 years or over (“Participant” or “you” or “your”), except employees of Wall Street or Instant Cash, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Campaign. 

3. By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge and accept your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions which will form the agreement between you and us. 

4. Promotion Details and Entry:

5. The Promotion shall be named "Ventaja Drive 2024”.

6. The campaign will run from Sept 01 –  Sept 30, 2024 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). 

7. Customers must complete at least one Ventaja transaction to be eligible for the daily draw. Daily winners will be announced, and corresponding vouchers will be awarded to them.

8. Our decision in respect of all matters regarding the Promotion will be final, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained. 

9. Ventaja customers will get a chance to win a gift prize every single day, from Dubai City Tour, Desert Safari, Dhow Cruise, Spa Vouchers to Cargo Vouchers

10. The coupon cannot be redeemed against other service for cash, or refunds.

11. Wall Street Exchange is not responsible for lost, damaged, or unauthorized use of coupons

Eligibility:​

3. Customers must complete at least one Ventaja transaction to be eligible.

4. Not applicable on Remittance, Western Union, free Give Card transactions, and other products.

7. Data Privacy

8. Any personal data relating to the Participants will be used solely in accordance with applicable UAE data protection legislation, and the privacy policy mentioned below and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Participant’s express authority and consent. 

9. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network. You are providing your personal data to Wall Street Exchange and not to any other party and this will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at: https://wallstreet.ae/privacy-policy

10. Save that nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes Wall Street Exchange (or any third party's) liability arising from fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded by law, we (and where applicable, the Promotion partners and any providers of a prize): (a) shall have no liability in relation to any act or omission of any third party and (b) exclude all liability to a Participant and anyone else for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from or in connection with this Promotion and its prizes.  

11. Wall Street Exchange reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to you as soon as possible. 

12. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by UAE law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts in the Emirate of Dubai.

15. Additional fees may be levied by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing
    financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.

16. The actual time to complete a transaction may differ from estimates due to increased scrutiny of transactions by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.

17. Wall Street Exchange will not be held liable for any delays once the funds are transmitted from the UAE.

18. Penalties and Fees may be applied if there is a customer error or omission in providing correct or incomplete information for remittances.

19. The Exchange reserves the right to make inquiries if the transfer amount or the number of transfers during a period does not match your profile.

20. Refunds against cancellation or rejection of any remittance transactions returned unpaid for whatever reason will be made only at our prevailing buying rate or at the rate which we issued the transaction, whichever is lower.

21. Re-issuance of remittance transactions for any reason are subject to our charges and rate differences,as applicable
