الجهة المروجة، مركز وول ستريت للصرافة ذ.م.م ("وول ستريت" أو "نحن")، المسجلة في إمارة دبي تحت رقم الترخيص التجاري 216992، تتطلب من المشاركين أن يكونوا لديهم تأشيرة إقامة سارية المفعول في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

1. The promoter, Wall Street Exchange Centre LLC (“Wall Street” or “we” “us” “our”), registered in the Emirate of Dubai under trade license number 216992, requires participants to have a valid UAE resident visa. 

الحملة مفتوحة لجميع عملاء وول ستريت ابتداءً من 01 مايو إلى 31 مايو 2024 ("فترة العرض") للأشخاص الذين يقيمون في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة والذين تتجاوز أعمارهم 18 عامًا ("المشارك" أو "أنت")، ما عدا موظفي وول ستريت أو إنستانت كاش، وأقاربهم القريبين، وأي شخص آخر مرتبط بالتنظيم أو تحكيم الحملة.

2. The Campaign is open to all Wall Street customers from May 01 – May 31, 2024 (“Promotion Period”) to persons who are residents of UAE and aged 18 years or over (“Participant” or “you” or “your”), except employees of Wall Street or Instant Cash, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Campaign. 

 بالمشاركة في هذه الحملة، فإنك تقر وتقبل موافقتك على الالتزام بشروط وأحكام هذه الحملة، التي ستشكل الاتفاقية بينك وبيننا.

3. By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge and accept your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions which will form the agreement between you and us. 

Promotion Details and Entry 

يُطلق على العرض اسم "أرسل مالاً، احصل على مال!"

4. The Promotion shall be named “Send Money, Earn Money!”.

الحملة ستستمر من 1 مايو حتى 31 مايو 2024 شاملة (فترة العرض)

5. The campaign will run from May 01 – May 31, 2024  inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). 

يمكنك المشاركة في العرض عن طريق إرسال المال إلى مصر مرتين والحصول على مكافأة قدرها 100 جنيه مصري!

6.You can participate in the Promotion by  sending money to Egypt two times and get EGP 100 as a bonus!

يتلقى العملاء الحاليون كوبونات أثناء عمليتهم الأولى للحفاظ على انتمائهم.

7. Existing customers receive coupons during their first transaction for retention.

بعد إتمام عمليتهم الثانية خلال فترة الحملة، يصبح العملاء مؤهلين للحصول على مكافأة قدرها 100 جنيه مصري.

8.Upon completing their second transaction within the campaign period, customers are eligible for a bonus of 100 Egyptian Pounds.

يحصل العملاء الجدد على 100 جنيه مصري عند إتمام أول عملية لهم خلال فترة الحملة.

9. New customers receive 100 Egyptian Pounds upon completing their first transaction within the campaign period.

يتم توزيع الكوبونات على العملاء الجدد خارج الفروع.

10. Coupons are distributed to new customers outside the branches.

توزع الكوبونات خلال العملية الأولى ويتم جمعها بعد إتمام العملية الثانية.

11. Coupons are distributed during the first transaction and collected upon completing the second transaction.
 

سيُستخدم نفس الكوبونات الموزعة لحملة "أرسل مالاً، احصل على مال!" أيضًا للإحالات.
12. The same coupons distributed for the "Send Money & Earn Money" campaign will also be utilized for referrals.

بالإضافة إلى المكافأة، يصبح العميل مؤهلاً أيضًا للحصول على تلفزيون LED كل أسبوعين (2 تلفزيون LED)

13. With the bonus, the customer is also eligible for an LED TV every two weeks (2 LED TVs).

14. Details of the Promotion will appear on electronic media only (such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram). The Promotion will be open to applicable only to Participants customers sending money through Wall Street Exchange during the Promotion Period. 

يرجى ملاحظة أن المنتجات التالية غير مشمولة في الحملة: إتصالات، دو، السندات الوطنية، شرطة دبي، شركة الكهرباء والمياه في الشارقة، آير أرابيا، دينغ، بطاقات الجوائز، دفع بطاقة الائتمان، تحويلات البنوك المحلية في الإمارات، بيع/شراء العملات، نظام الدفع الإلكتروني للمرتبات (WPS/Paytime)، والمعاملات الشركات.

15. Please note that the following products are excluded from the campaign: Etisalat, DU, National Bonds, Dubai Police, SEWA, Air Arabia, DING, Give Rewards Cards, Credit Card Payment, UAEFTS - Local Bank Transfers, Currency Buy/Sell, WPS/Paytime, Corporate transactions and Canceled transactions.

تحتفظ شركة وول ستريت للصرافة ذ.م.م بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام بناءً على تعليمات الجهات التنظيمية الحكومية مع إشعار مسبق للعملاء في أي وقت، ويجب على المشارك/الفائز الالتزام بتلك التعديلات.

Wall Street Exchange L.L.C reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions instructed by the Government regulators with prior notice to the customers at any time and the participant/winner shall be bound by such amendments. 

قد تنشر شركة وول ستريت للصرافة ذ.م.م صور وفيديوهات الفائزين وأسماؤهم في أي وسائل إعلام لأغراض التسويق والدعاية الحالية/المستقبلية. يوافق المشارك/الفائز على استخدام معلوماته وصورته وفيديوهاته من قبل شركة وول ستريت للصرافة ذ.م.م ما لم يُذكر عدم النشر، ويؤكد بأنه/أنها لن يكون/تكون مؤهلاً لأي مطالبة ضد شركة وول ستريت للصرافة بسبب استخدام صوره/بياناته التي قدمها المشارك/الفائز.

Wall Street Exchange L.L.C may publish the winners' photos, videos & names in any media for present/future marketing and publicity purposes. The participant/winner hereby consents to the use of his information and photo & video by Wall Street Exchange unless stated not to publish and further confirms that he/she will not be entitled for any claim against Wall Street Exchange on account of the use of his/her photos/data contributed by the participant/winner.

There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion.

The closing date for the Promotion is 31 May 2024, and no further entries to the Promotion will be permitted thereafter.

Participants must possess a valid UAE Resident Visa and an active account with Wall Street Exchange.

All prizes must be claimed before May 2024. 

سيتم إخطار الفائزين بالهاتف من قبل موظفينا كل أسبوع. إذا لم يتمكن الفائز من الاتصال أو عدم استلام الجائزة في غضون 14 يومًا من الإخطار، فإننا نحتفظ بحقنا في سحب الجائزة من الفائز واختيار فائز بديل.

Winners will be notified by telephone by our staff every week. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of being notified, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The prizes will be distributed to the winners in person through a prize distribution ceremony at the location.

Our decision in respect of all matters regarding the Promotion will be final, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

6. Any personal data relating to any Participant will be used solely in accordance with applicable UAE data protection legislation and the privacy policy mentioned below and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Participant’s express authorisation and consent.

8. WSEC accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault (including but not limited to technical malfunction (including technical interruption or website failure while transacting online), computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure. We are not responsible for any incomplete transactions which will not be valid for entry.

باستثناء أن لا شيء في هذه الشروط والأحكام يحد من مسؤولية وول ستريت (أو أي طرف ثالث) أو يستبعدها ناتجة عن الاحتيال، أو الوفاة، أو الإصابة الشخصية الناجمة عن الإهمال أو أي نوع آخر من المسؤوليات التي قد لا تكون قابلة للتحديد أو الاستبعاد بموجب القانون، نحن (ومقدمي أي جائزة): (أ) لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية فيما يتعلق بأي فعل أو إغفال من جانب أي طرف ثالث، و (ب) نستبعد كل المسؤوليات تجاه المشارك وأي شخص آخر عن أي خسائر غير مباشرة أو عواقبية، أو ضرر أو ضرر أو أي نوع من الأضرار المتعلقة بهذه الحملة أو أي جوائز.

9. Save that nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes Wall Street’s (or any third party's) liability arising from fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded by law, we (and any providers of a prize): (a)shall have no liability in relation to any act or omission of any third party and (b) exclude all liability to a Participant and anyone else for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from or in connection with this Campaign and any prizes.

تحتفظ وول ستريت بالحق في إلغاء أو تعديل الحملة وهذه الشروط والأحكام دون إشعار مسبق لك، بما في ذلك في حالة وقوع كارثة، حرب، اضطرابات مدنية أو عسكرية، فعل الله، أو أي انتهاك فعلي أو متوقع لأي قانون أو تنظيم ساري، أو أي حدث آخر خارج عن سيطرتنا. سيتم إخطارك بأي تغييرات في الحملة في أقرب وقت ممكن.

10. Wall Street reserves the right to cancel or amend the Campaign and these terms and conditions without notice to you, including, in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the Campaign will be notified to you as soon as possible.

11. We recommend that all our customers keep their contact information up to date.

لن تطلب وول ستريت أبدًا منك تفاصيل حسابك البنكي الشخصية أو مستندات أخرى مهمة، أو تتطلب من الفائزين دفع رسوم لاستلام الجوائز.

12. Wall Street will never ask you for your personal bank details and other important documents or require winners to pay a fee to claim prizes.

ستخضع الحملة وهذه الشروط والأحكام لقانون دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وسيكون أي نزاع خاضعًا للاختصاص الحصري للمحاكم الإماراتية في إمارة دبي.

12. The Campaign and these terms and conditions shall be governed by UAE law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts in the Emirate of Dubai.
