Terms & Conditions:

• The promotion is open from 1^st June to 30th June 2022 to all customers in the United Arab Emirates aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the Promoter or anyone else professionally involved with the promotion
• The maximum value of the trip is AED 3800. Wall Street Exchange has the right to award the prizes in cash
• The trip winners are responsible for making their respective VISA arrangements
• Winners will be announced on  8th July 2022
• All prizes must be claimed before the 31st of October 2022 otherwise the respective winner will be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize
• The prize winners will be officially contacted via phone by our authorized staff using the customer information provided on their transaction receipt. The Promotor strongly advises customers to keep their contact information updated
• We reserve the right to request proof of identity such as Emirates ID and the original receipt of the winning transaction from each winner, at the time of claiming the prize
• The Promotor will never ask customers for their personal identification numbers, bank account details and other important documents or request the winners to pay any charges for claiming the prizes

General:

• The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware and/or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of entries
•  The Promoter’s decision in respect of any and all matters related to administrating and managing the promotion will be final
• If a participant wins a prize, they may be required to take part in reasonable publicity (with their consent). The Promotor may publish and publicize a participant’s name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture in any media for publicity purposes
• A participant’s personal data will be collected and processed by the Promotor in order to administer this promotion. The Promoter will also use the participant’s personal data for marketing purposes. By entering this promotion a participant consents to his or her personal data being used for such purposes. We will only use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• If the Promoter considers that a participant is in breach of these terms and conditions, or if the Promoter has grounds to suspect any participant of cheating, deception or fraudulent conduct of any kind, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion (and without it incurring any liability) to disqualify any participant or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for or associated with, such activity
• The Promoter retains the right to make null and void any entry based on fraudulent transactions, or where a transaction is rejected or reversed for any reason
• Save that nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes the Promoter’s (or any third party's) liability arising from fraud or from death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded by law, the Promoter: (a) shall have no liability in relation to any act or omission of any third party and (b) exclude all liability to a participant and anyone else for any indirect loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion and prizes
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice and at any time. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter
• The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates in the Emirate of Dubai
