الشروط والأحكام:
1. المُروِّج: وول ستريت للصرافة ذ.م.م (“وول ستريت” أو “نحن” أو “لنا”)، المُسجَّلة في إمارة دبي بموجب الرخصة التجارية رقم 216992، تشترط على المشاركين أن يكون لديهم تأشيرة إقامة سارية في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
2. الأهلية: الحملة مفتوحة لجميع عملاء وول ستريت من 1 يوليو إلى 31 يوليو 2024 (“فترة الترويج”)، لمن هم مقيمون في الإمارات العربية المتحدة ويبلغون 18 عامًا أو أكثر (“المشارك” أو “أنت” أو “لك”)، باستثناء موظفي وول ستريت أو إنستانت كاش، وأقاربهم المباشرين، وأي شخص مرتبط بتنظيم الحملة أو تحكيمها.
3. بالمشاركة في هذه الحملة، فإنك تُقر وتوافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام التي تُشكّل الاتفاقية بينك وبيننا.

تفاصيل الحملة والمشاركة:
4. ستُطلق الحملة تحت اسم “دش سي ريشتا - 2024” وستستمر من 1 يوليو إلى 31 يوليو 2024. جميع القرارات المتعلقة بالحملة نهائية، ولن يتم قبول أي مراسلات أو استئنافات.
5. أي عميل حالي يُرسل الأموال إلى الهند مرتين بشكل فوري سيحصل على حقيبة سفر مجانية.
6. أي عميل جديد يُرسل الأموال إلى الهند مرتين خلال فترة الحملة يكون مؤهلًا للحصول على حقيبة سفر مجانية.
7. الحملة مفتوحة لجميع عملاء وول ستريت للصرافة، بما في ذلك موظفي 7X.
8. موظفو وول ستريت للصرافة، IC، FINTX و VERTX وأقاربهم المباشرون غير مؤهلين للدخول في السحوبات.
9. المعاملات غير المشمولة: لا تسري العروض على المعاملات التجارية، استلام الأموال، دفع الفواتير، والمعاملات المُلغاة.

خصوصية البيانات:
10. سيتم استخدام أي بيانات شخصية للمشاركين بما يتوافق مع قوانين حماية البيانات في الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ولن يتم الإفصاح عنها لطرف ثالث دون موافقة صريحة من المشارك.
11. هذه الحملة ليست برعاية أو معتمدة أو مدارة من قبل Facebook أو Instagram أو أي شبكة اجتماعية أخرى. أنت تقدم بياناتك الشخصية إلى وول ستريت للصرافة وليس لأي طرف آخر، وسيتم استخدامها وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية على الرابط: https://wallstreet.ae/privacy-policy.

أحكام عامة:
12. لا يتحمل وول ستريت للصرافة أو أي من شركاء الحملة أي مسؤولية عن أي خسائر أو أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن هذه الحملة أو جوائزها، باستثناء حالات الإهمال الجسيم أو الاحتيال.
13. تحتفظ وول ستريت للصرافة بالحق في إلغاء أو تعديل الحملة أو شروطها دون إشعار مسبق في حالة حدوث أي ظرف خارج عن إرادتنا، بما في ذلك الكوارث الطبيعية أو النزاعات أو التغييرات في القوانين.
14. تخضع هذه الحملة للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وأي نزاع يخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم دبي.

تنبيهات هامة:
1. قد تتأثر هذه الخدمة بتغيرات أسعار صرف العملات الأجنبية.
2. قد يتم فرض رسوم إضافية من قبل البنك المراسل أو المؤسسة المالية المقدمة للخدمة للمستفيد.
3. قد يختلف الوقت الفعلي لإتمام المعاملة عن التقديرات المقدمة، وذلك بسبب عمليات التدقيق الإضافية من قِبل البنك المراسل أو المؤسسة المالية.
4. لا تتحمل وول ستريت للصرافة أي مسؤولية عن أي تأخير في التحويلات بمجرد إرسال الأموال من الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
5. قد يتم فرض رسوم وغرامات في حالة تقديم معلومات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة من قبل العميل.
6. تحتفظ وول ستريت للصرافة بالحق في التحقيق في أي معاملات مشبوهة إذا لم تتطابق مع ملفك الشخصي.
7. يتم رد الأموال وفقًا لسعر الصرف السائد وقت الاسترداد أو بسعر الصرف الذي تم على أساسه تنفيذ المعاملة، أيهما أقل.
8. أي إعادة إرسال للمعاملة لأي سبب تخضع للرسوم والفروقات في سعر الصرف.

The promoter, Wall Street Exchange Centre LLC (“Wall Street” or “we” “us” “our”), registered in the Emirate of Dubai under trade license number 216992, requires participants to have a valid UAE resident visa. 

The Campaign is open to all Wall Street customers from July 01–  July 31, 2024 (31 Days) (“Promotion Period”) to persons who are residents of UAE and aged 18 years or over (“Participant” or “you” or “your”), except employees of Wall Street or Instant Cash, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Campaign. 

By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge and accept your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions which will form the agreement between you and us. 

Promotion Details and Entry:

The Promotion shall be named "Desh Se Rishta - 2024​”.

The campaign will run from July 01 –  July 31, 2024  inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). 

Our decision in respect of all matters regarding the Promotion will be final, and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained. 

Any customer sending money India twice instantly will receive a travel bag.

Eligibility:​

Any existing customer sending money to India twice instantly will receive a travel bag.

Any new customer sending money to India two times during the campaign period is eligible to get a travel bag

Not applicable for corporate transactions, receive money, bill payments, Corporate and cancelled transactions are excluded from the draw.​

Open to all Wall Street Exchange customers including 7X employees​.

Wall Street Exchange, IC, FINTX & VERTX employees and their immediate relatives are not eligible to enter the draws.

Data Privacy

Any personal data relating to the Participants will be used solely in accordance with applicable UAE data protection legislation, and the privacy policy mentioned below and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Participant’s express authority and consent. 

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network. You are providing your personal data to Wall Street Exchange and not to any other party and this will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at: https://wallstreet.ae/privacy-policy 
 
General 

Save that nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes Wall Street Exchange (or any third party's) liability arising from fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded by law, we (and where applicable, the Promotion partners and any providers of a prize): (a) shall have no liability in relation to any act or omission of any third party and (b) exclude all liability to a Participant and anyone else for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from or in connection with this Promotion and its prizes.  

Wall Street Exchange reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to you as soon as possible. 

The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by UAE law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts in the Emirate of Dubai.

Warning Statements:
1. This product/service may be affected by changes in foreign currency exchange rates.
2. Additional fees may be levied by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing
financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.
3. The actual time to complete a transaction may differ from estimates due to increased scrutiny of transactions by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.
4. Wall Street Exchange will not be held liable for any delays once the funds are transmitted from the UAE.
5. Penalties and Fees may be applied if there is a customer error or omission in providing correct or incomplete information for remittances.
6. The Exchange reserves the right to make inquiries if the transfer amount or the number of transfers during a period does not match your profile.
7. Refunds against cancellation or rejection of any remittance transactions returned unpaid for whatever reason will be made only at our prevailing buying rate or at the rate which we issued the transaction, whichever is lower.
8. Re-issuance of remittance transactions for any reason are subject to our charges and rate differences,as applicable
