1. المُروج، مركز وول ستريت للصرافة ذ.م.م (“وول ستريت” أو “نحن” أو “لنا”)، المسجل في إمارة دبي تحت رقم الترخيص التجاري 216992، يتطلب من المشاركين أن يكون لديهم تأشيرة إقامة إماراتية سارية.
2. الحملة مفتوحة لجميع عملاء وول ستريت من 1 أكتوبر إلى 14 نوفمبر 2024 (45 يومًا) (“فترة العرض”) للأشخاص المقيمين في الإمارات العربية المتحدة والذين يبلغون من العمر 18 عامًا أو أكثر (“المشارك” أو “أنت” أو “لك”)، باستثناء موظفي وول ستريت أو إنستانت كاش، وأقاربهم المباشرين وأي شخص آخر متصل بالمنظمة أو تحكيم الحملة.
3. بدخولك في هذا العرض، فإنك تقر وتوافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام التي ستشكل الاتفاق بيننا وبينك.

4. سيتم تسمية العرض “مهرجان داشاين دهاماك 2024 نيبال”.
5. ستستمر الحملة من 1 أكتوبر إلى 14 نوفمبر 2024 (شاملة) (“فترة العرض”).
6. يجب على العملاء إرسال معاملة إلى نيبال مرتين في نفس اليوم للمطالبة بساعات أنيقة مجانية.
7. العملاء الجدد والحاليون وغير النشطين مؤهلون لإرسال معاملة مرتين إلى نيبال في نفس اليوم.
8. الساعات متاحة على أساس أولوية الحضور لأول 600 عميل.
9. العملاء الذين يرسلون أموالًا إلى نيبال سيدخلون تلقائيًا في السحب الكبير للفوز بهاتف آيفون بلس.
10. لا يمكن استبدال الساعات مقابل المعاملات المجانية.
11. للمعاملات المزدوجة عبر الائتمان الحسابي، يجب أن تكون إحدى المعاملات في بطاقة الهوية. إذا لم تكن كذلك، فإن العميل غير مؤهل للمطالبة بالساعة.

5. سيتم استخدام أي بيانات شخصية تتعلق بالمشاركين فقط وفقًا للتشريعات الإماراتية المعمول بها لحماية البيانات، وبموجب سياسة الخصوصية المذكورة أدناه ولن يتم الكشف عنها لطرف ثالث دون إذن صريح وموافقة من المشارك.
6. هذا العرض غير مدعوم أو موصى به أو مُدار من قبل، أو مرتبط بـ، فيسبوك أو إنستغرام أو أي شبكة اجتماعية أخرى. أنت تقدم بياناتك الشخصية إلى وول ستريت للصرافة وليس إلى أي طرف آخر وسيتم استخدامها بالتوافق مع سياسة الخصوصية التالية المتاحة على الرابط: https://wallstreet.ae/privacy-policy

7. باستثناء ما تحدده هذه الشروط والأحكام التي تحد من أو تستثني مسؤولية وول ستريت للصرافة (أو أي طرف ثالث) الناشئة عن الاحتيال أو الوفاة أو الإصابة الشخصية الناتجة عن الإهمال أو أي نوع آخر من المسؤولية التي قد لا تكون محدودة أو مستثناة بموجب القانون، نحن (وأينما كان ذلك مناسبًا، شركاء العرض وأي مقدمي جوائز): (أ) لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية فيما يتعلق بأي فعل أو إغفال من طرف ثالث و (ب) نستثني جميع المسؤولية تجاه المشارك وأي شخص آخر عن أي خسارة أو ضرر أو أذى غير مباشر أو تبعي من أي نوع ناشئ عن أو مرتبط بهذا العرض وجوائزه.
8. تحتفظ وول ستريت للصرافة بالحق في إلغاء أو تعديل العرض وهذه الشروط والأحكام دون إشعار في حالة وقوع كارثة أو حرب أو اضطرابات مدنية أو عسكرية أو حدث طبيعي أو أي خرق فعلي أو متوقع لأي قانون أو لائحة قابلة للتطبيق أو أي حدث آخر خارج عن سيطرتنا. سيتم إخطارك بأي تغييرات على العرض في أقرب وقت ممكن.
9. سيتم تنظيم العرض وهذه الشروط والأحكام وفقًا لقوانين الإمارات العربية المتحدة وأي نزاعات ستكون خاضعة للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم الإماراتية في إمارة دبي.

تحذيرات:
10. قد يتأثر هذا المنتج/الخدمة بتغيرات في أسعار صرف العملات الأجنبية.
11. قد تفرض البنوك المراسلة/المؤسسات المالية أو الكيانات التي تقدم الخدمات المالية للمستفيدين من التحويلات رسوماً إضافية.
12. قد يختلف الوقت الفعلي لإتمام المعاملة عن التقديرات بسبب زيادة التدقيق في المعاملات من قبل البنوك المراسلة/المؤسسات المالية أو الكيانات التي تقدم الخدمات المالية للمستفيدين من التحويلات.
13. لن تتحمل وول ستريت للصرافة أي مسؤولية عن أي تأخيرات بمجرد إرسال الأموال من الإمارات.
14. قد تُطبق الغرامات والرسوم إذا كان هناك خطأ من العميل أو إغفال في تقديم معلومات صحيحة أو غير مكتملة للتحويلات.
15. يحتفظ الصراف بالحق في إجراء استفسارات إذا كان مبلغ التحويل أو عدد التحويلات خلال فترة لا يتطابق مع ملفك الشخصي.
16. سيتم إجراء استرداد ضد إلغاء أو رفض أي معاملات تحويل تم إرجاعها غير مدفوعة لأي سبب فقط بسعر الشراء الساري لدينا أو بالسعر الذي أصدرنا به المعاملة، أيهما أقل.
17. إعادة إصدار معاملات التحويل لأي سبب تخضع لرسومنا واختلافات الأسعار، حسب الاقتضاء
 

The promoter, Wall Street Exchange Centre LLC (“Wall Street” or “we” “us” “our”), registered in the Emirate of Dubai under trade license number 216992, requires participants to have a valid UAE resident visa. 

2. The Campaign is open to all Wall Street customers from Oct 01 –  Nov 14, 2024 (45 Days) (“Promotion Period”) to persons who are residents of UAE and aged 18 years or over (“Participant” or “you” or “your”), except employees of Wall Street or Instant Cash, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the Campaign. 

3. By entering this Promotion, you acknowledge and accept your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions which will form the agreement between you and us. 
   
   Promotion Details and Entry:

4. The Promotion shall be named "Dussehra Dhamaka 2024 Nepal Festival”.

5. The campaign will run from Oct 01 –  Nov 14, 2024 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). 

6. The customers must send 2 transactions to Nepal on the same day to claim a free stylish watch.​

7. New, existing and inactive customers are eligible to send two transactions to Nepal on the same day.​

8. The watches are available on first-come-first-served basis for the first 600 customers. ​

9. Customers sending money to Nepal will automatically enter the mega draw to win an iPhone Plus.

10. Watches cannot be redeemed against free transactions.​

11. For Double transactions via account credit, one transaction must be in ID. If not, customer is not eligible to claim the watch.

5. Any personal data relating to the Participants will be used solely in accordance with applicable UAE data protection legislation, and the privacy policy mentioned below and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Participant’s express authority and consent. 

6. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social network. You are providing your personal data to Wall Street Exchange and not to any other party and this will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at: https://wallstreet.ae/privacy-policy 
    
   General 

7. Save that nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes Wall Street Exchange (or any third party's) liability arising from fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded by law, we (and where applicable, the Promotion partners and any providers of a prize): (a) shall have no liability in relation to any act or omission of any third party and (b) exclude all liability to a Participant and anyone else for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or harm of any kind arising from or in connection with this Promotion and its prizes.  

8. Wall Street Exchange reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to you as soon as possible. 

9. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by UAE law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts in the Emirate of Dubai.
   
   Warning Statements:

10. This product/service may be affected by changes in foreign currency exchange rates.

11. Additional fees may be levied by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing
    financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.

12. The actual time to complete a transaction may differ from estimates due to increased scrutiny of transactions by the correspondent bank/financial institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.

13. Wall Street Exchange will not be held liable for any delays once the funds are transmitted from the UAE.

14. Penalties and Fees may be applied if there is a customer error or omission in providing correct or incomplete information for remittances.

15. The Exchange reserves the right to make inquiries if the transfer amount or the number of transfers during a period does not match your profile.

16. Refunds against cancellation or rejection of any remittance transactions returned unpaid for whatever reason will be made only at our prevailing buying rate or at the rate which we issued the transaction, whichever is lower.

17. Re-issuance of remittance transactions for any reason are subject to our charges and rate differences,as applicable
