Notice of closure of operations Wall Street Exchange Centre LLC

We hereby formally notify  our valued customers that Wall Street Exchange Centre LLC (“the Company”) will cease all operations effective 9 May 2026. This decision follows a resolution of the  Board of Directors to initiate a solvent liquidation process, subject to all applicable regulatory approvals and statutory requirements.

Outstanding transactions & pending requests

Customers with any outstanding transactions, service queries, or pending requests, you are kindly requested to contact us at customerservices@wallstreet.ae where our team will provide the necessary assistance and support.   

Claims and refund requests:  

All claims or refund requests should be submitted without any delay . Such submissions will be assessed and processed in accordance with the applicable contractual terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements. 

Any matters not resolved prior to cessation of operations will be addressed as part of the formal liquidation process. Where required , you may be contacted to provide  further information or supporting documentation.
